HUMAN HELP, REAL PRODUCT
Contact & Support
For questions about the subtitle tool, Batch Studio Pro, compatibility and future purchases, email flyingcat3d@gmail.com.
Before purchasing
Try the free batch converter to check that our SRT/VTT/TXT output fits your workflow. The Pro offline download is prepared; checkout is pending merchant approval.
After purchasing (once checkout is active)
Creem will handle payment receipts and digital download access. To request help, email your purchase email and order ID. Never send card numbers, passwords or private transcripts.
Refunds and disputes
Please read the refund and delivery conditions shown at checkout. Billing refunds and disputes will be managed by the merchant of record subject to applicable law.
Product limitations
The offline product converts existing subtitle TEXT files, not audio or video recordings. It does not include an AI subscription or model credits. It generates prompts you can use with a separate AI service of your choice.
