Terms of Use
CueShift is a free, browser-based text conversion utility. Use it only for captions and transcripts you own or are allowed to process.
No cloud transcription
The tool does not create speech transcripts from audio or video files. It only restructures text already supplied in SRT, VTT or plain-text format.
Accuracy and backups
Text cleanup and time shifts may modify caption boundaries. Complex WebVTT metadata is not preserved. Please check exported captions against your original and retain a backup of the source file. The tool is provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free conversions.
AI Creator preview
The optional AI-assisted Creator page sends a submitted excerpt to Cloudflare AI and returns a draft, not a verified fact-check, actual audio transcription or finished video. Review all names, quotes, claims, chapter times and licensing before publishing. Service may pause when free usage caps are reached. No fee or subscription is charged for the preview.
Commercial product in pre-launch
A separate offline download named CueShift Batch Studio Pro has been built but is not for sale yet. The proposed $12 price is only a launch plan, not an accepted offer. Checkout will be enabled only after Creem merchant approval and a payment-to-file-delivery test. For help, email flyingcat3d@gmail.com. No order or customer payment is accepted on the current site.
Future delivery and refunds
When activated, Creem as merchant of record will display purchase terms, taxes and applicable refund conditions and deliver the digital product after a verified completed payment. Visiting this website or a success URL by itself will not prove purchase or grant access. Your local free converter remains available without registration.
